Wich case for a sleeper build? was created by Poicly
Hi! I got 2 cases for a sleeper build but i cant decide wich one to choose.
White case: poorly painted, cheap, no place for cabble management, missing front i/o door, no space for cabble management (Windows XP era)

Antec case: durable, lots of space, little to no space for cabble management. No scratches. brandend. ( Windows XP/7 era)

Any suggestion is welcome!

(The other case to the left is not cappable with newer mobos without extreme modding)

The Antec is a real nice looking case, the white one as you say isn't great for cable management and I would imagine probably no good for air flow so I would probably go Antec.

Ideally you want to get yourself a branded machine, HP, Packard Bell, Emachine etc for the real sleeper look but looking forward to seeing how you get on with it!

Thanks! I think i will go for the antec one, but i really wanted to make my sleeper in a Apple 4g or powermac case :( i know someone and he said if he wants them out he will give them to me, i would also like a flat old case like the dell dimensionale restoration video you guys made! but i cant wait. So this will be temporaly!

At first, a branded case like HP or PB or Dell or something like this always makes a great case for a sleeper build.

The antec is for beginners, the other needs some experience how to hide the cables and optimising the airflow. ;)
A desktop case would also be nice.
but if you can't wait any longer, then take the antec. ;)

Nice that you even took care of the cables, looks WAY BETTER than "free swinging" ones.
