Thanks! :D Yeah it will look really good with a black interior! I will also paint the back side black so it will match the rest of the case :)

Love it Vampire its looking AWESOME!!

Well done on the front panel as it does look OEM spec (Factory)
Yeah as for cutting fansd out don't worry about the strength as you wouldn't cut it out to not fit a fan and as soon as that fan is fitted and tight the strength returns :)

Looking forward to seeing it all finished :)

Thanks Spruce! To get further I have to cut out the old I/O cover and I am still figuring out the best way to do it. But after that all I have to do is paint the interior and rear of the case black and we should be good to go :D

Hello guys! First of all, I am not dead :D I have had a hard time finding a rotary tool that I can borrow or buy, but yesterday I found one. So now I have cut away the old I/O cover from the case to make space for the new one.. and this is how it turned out :)

I can also test mount a mobo in the case now so I did that and this is how it looks.

Tomorrow I will clean tha case and probably paint it also, or on saturday :)

Today I painted the rear and it turned out pretty good. Needs some small touchups, but other than that I am satisfied :)

nice job, looks much better than before (nice noctua fan on that heatsink ;) )
what about painting the inside grey?
I know, spraying RAW & uncoated alu is a real pain, so you might use a primer first, but the final look would be worth it.
(Is that a Volvo 240 on the screen in the back? :P )

Why ???
Because I can !!!

Thanks Nic :) It is my brothers case so I will let him decide the inside color, but grey could be an option :D I have not hade any problems painting alu that I have noticed at least. Hehe yep it is a 240 ;)

Grey would give it the oldschool look like all the heavy steel cases have and hide the rather "modern" alu look.
But that's only what I would do, so it's all up to ur bro. ;)
I remember that nearly all of the svenska bil ( :P )I saw had a plug in the front grill, is that for some kind of engine heating overnight during the winter?

Yeah that plug is for engine heating and the interior in the winter :D Think he will go with black because he wants to make it look more up-to-date :)

Yesterday I painted the inside of the case so that marks the end of Project NONAME.. Until my brother buys some components, but that will happen later this year or next year. We have some components but we still need a mobo, cpu, ram, HDD and an SSD :)

This is how it turned out.

I have really enjoyed modding this case! It has been a great learning experience, but I still have more to learn.

Thanks for all the help guys and I hope that I will start a new project soon!
